"I just wanted to tell you that you have great guys that work for you. I had a blower motor go out on my furnace. I did the troubleshooting before calling, and it looked to be the blower motor. On Friday morning, I called and gave the furnace information. Your guys came out with the power off and flashlight in hand to fix it. When they got the new motor and capacitor in, the power came on. They verified the furnace was working properly before bringing the final bill. I like the slippers that they put on before entering my house. It looks like you take care of your guys very good.
