"I just wanted to tell you that you have great guys that work for you. I had a Blower motor go out on my Furnace. I did the Troubleshooting before calling and It looked to be the Blower motor. On Friday morning, I called and gave the Furnace
Information. Your guys came out with the power off, with flashlight in hand to fix it. 

When they got the new motor & capacitor
in the power came on.  They verified the furnace was working properly before bringing the final bill.  I like the slippers that they put on before
entering house. It looks like you take care of your guys very good. So, they take care of you."
